Have worked with and had my appliances serviced by Ed for over 20 years. Prices have always been fair and be is definitely knowledgeable in the appliance repair field. I'd recommend him to anybody for repair work

Called Ed yesterday, July 4th and he was working. said he could check my dryer Tuesday afternoon. I was sitting here not even thinking about the dryer and Ed drives in. he took the dryer apart and checked every little item to make sure it was working properly. out it back together and said everything seems to be working fine? Not sure what Ed did, but I swear it was not working before, but it's drying clothes like it did when it was new 4 years ago. Amazing. I like Mr Ed. fine fellow and he knows his stuff. You need an appliance fixed the right way, Call mr Ed. You will be glad you did.

Called Ed in the am regarding freezer problem. His house call was the same am. Pleasant, prefessional, old school meaning he explained what and why as well as what the options were. Did NOT try to sell new unit, but also explained that there is only a few items that can be repaired on today's units. Re-charged refrigerant and left it running. Cost was reasonable and service was excellent. I would call him again in a heartbeat.
