Too much to say about this place. They allow staff and clients to do whatever they choose to. No rule is the same in each house. 98% of the clients hate the treatment they receive. House managers will favor clients over their own staff blatantly, which creates disaster. They pick and choose which client or timeframe they want to enforce rules. Houses are not in compliance. No cleaning supplies 80% of the time, absolutely ZERO disinfectant spray or hand sanitizer. They delay in giving clients medical treatment. Staff lays/sits on couch for 8hrs, 6 were on cell usage, no enforced rules or consequences on staff that do wrong due to them rarely having coverage, call outs, no shows and high turn around rate by staff. Communication with higher ups is 10%, nothing gets fixed after being reported, owner is cheap and only wants state checks, company out of compliance with regards to COVID state and CDC rules when a client or staff becomes infected, they give bonuses out to only allow staff to steal others envelopes due to office leaving cards in open random accessible areas, they also choose who to give holiday bonus to, you work 8-48hr shifts, no holiday pay, no vacation hours, zero benefits, zero COVID pay, physical abuse on staff from clients with zero repercussions, staff is left alone with 3-4 clients, staff leaves other staff alone so they can leave early or do non job related matters and the list goes on. State is always involved and houses always out of compliance. Clients also should never be placed in a house with managers or staff that are related family members or family friends, it doesn’t mix well.
