Owes $1500 in labor and material for landscape services for their vacation home. By the time we figured out we could put a lien on the house they had sold it. When you do not pay for services, you are stealing....We learned a hard lesson.

No happy in no way shape or form.... I called them out to my house a whiiilleeee back... I asked them to do all of the drains and water lines from the ground up and they quoted me 550.00. Ok sounds good. May i remind you i live in a house built in 1917 so the plumbing is very minimal. Bathroom and one sink in kitchen. They put in lines for water and asked them to make them so they can be pulled through the floor. Well needless to say the cut off valve actully in half way through so i had to make the hole in my floor bigger. Smh.... Then i realized they only did the water lines in but no drains out. Ive had to have someone else come in to do the drains... Why cause they were still the old drains that were clogged and backed up. Well ive done with out my bathroom sink for a long time and finally put the p trap in for the sink... GUESSSSSS WWHHHHAAAAAAT? THE DRAIN IS CLOGGED STILL. Thanks foe the crappy service and now this bathroom has cost me 700.00 and i still have to get this drain unclogged... Wonder what the cost on that will be? Why cause this drain wasnt taken care of when i asked them too. So lets see if i can make a house with 4 drains and 8 water lines hit a grand total of 1000.00. I could have put in my patio for this amount of money. I do not recommend.

Collins & Son Plumbing Co Inc provided professional, totally hassle-free plumbing service for us. The plumber was very understanding in getting us the most appropriate appointment. Our kitchen sink drain was blocked and the garbage disposal stopped working. The plumber explained to us what caused the problem and finished the work on time.

Mr. Collins and his son came out to our home within 24 hours of our call, with busted pipes from the frigid cold weather last week. They were both kind, caring and professional. They did excellent work and the cost was extremely reasonable! I would recommend them to anyone and feel so relieved to have a plumber we can trust and rely on! Thank you Collins & Son!
