In a nutshell, all visits with K2-Sports Therapy and Performance were outstanding. I began a series of physical therapy for right knee pain after a diagnosis of mild osteoarthritis. Most likely, lack of total exercise and muscle strengthening during the pandemic had allowed my knee and surrounding areas to weaken. To stay busy, I had created LOTS of new stay home projects that over exerted my out of shape, 64 year old body. Before I knew it, doing simple squats, standing after sitting a while, rolling over in bed and just going up and down the steps became very painful. On a scale of 1-10 my pain was about a 9. The orthopedic doctor said I could try physical therapy before considering other invasive treatments and he referred me to K2. On first impression, I noticed the entire office staff was very positive, polite, personable and accommodating. Sonya in particular is a great asset to the the team. My first therapy session was scheduled with Adam Kassouf, PT|DPT. I was very impressed with Adam so I scheduled him as my therapist for all visits. He always put me at ease and he is an excellent listener. My 12 weekly visits, each lasting about 45 minutes, were very personalized and varied with stretching, working with resistance bands, strengthening with free weights and machines. I was also assigned simple take home exercises to be done daily. Adam was the perfect therapist for me. His gentle nature and professionalism encouraged me to stick with the total improvement plan. I am now pain free because the muscles in my right leg are strong again. I do plan to continue the home exercises when possible and I am considering going back to the YMCA to use some of the same type leg strengthening equipment that K2 made available. Thank You Adam!!! You should be proud that you helped me tremendously. Stevie Frye

I didn’t really know what to expect going into PT for the first time after I tore my MCL and I was a little apprehensive but every single person on the K2 team made me feel relaxed, cared for and valued from the minute I walked in the door and throughout my three months of therapy sessions. The level of professionalism and knowledge paired with a welcoming environment made it some thing I looked forward to each week. I am back to 100% thanks to them!! I highly recommend Kevin and this amazing team for any of your therapy needs. They are truly a joy!

I had a hamstring strain from overuse while bouldering, my first sports injury. Erin did an excellent job listening to my needs and providing the proper care while keeping me accountable for my stretching. She provided personalized advice to prevent this injury in the future. I can’t recommend K2 enough even for a minor injury, it was worth every penny simply for the knowledge they have to share!

Staff was helpful and professional. Kevin spent an hour working on my tennis elbow. Took time to explain the condition, it’s cause, prevention and maintenance. Top shelf experience all around. Surprisingly affordable as a self pay. Should have done it years earlier.

There are some places we go where we know we are going to have a world class experience and for me K2 Sports Therapy is one of them. Yesterday I visited their location for the second time and second issue. Expecting the typical rushed feeling you get when speaking with a health professional I was merely hoping to get a quick diagnosis and to hit the road. Well over an hour, many stretches, many exercises and a thorough conversation later I was on my way. I cannot thank Dr. Adam the team at K2 enough for their work. P.S. - I don’t know the owner of K2, I don’t have any friends who work there and no one asked me to post this review. I just wanted everyone to know how great they are.
