The staff, including the office manager and Doctor are not receptive to someone holding them accountable to the information that they present in their contract and per the terms of the agreement. I would recommend taking responsibility for the lack of communication and clarification that you provide to your patients and their responsible parties (i.e. parents). I would further recommend that you treat all of your patients as if they have a level of knowledge and intellect that will not suffice for them to be given the run around when it comes to their treatment. Especially when such parties pay in full ahead of fulfilling their treatment plan; and rightfully have expectations that the service and respect they receive will be in-kind to what they pay for****

Dr. Saks and his team go above and beyond with their care, support and treatment. They have created a welcoming environment for the entire family. We appreciate the ability to get us in quickly if needed for a loose bracket or wire. My son has an amazing smile thanks to Dr. Saks!

Dr Saks and his team fixed my smile! He really is an artist when it comes to braces and straightening teeth. It is obvious that he loves what he does and I was surprised just how much hands on work he did with me. The whole office is a joy to work with and when I had a problem with my retainer not fitting properly, after having a crown installed, Saks Orthodontics had me in the same day to fix my existing retainer and order a new one that would be a perfect fit. They are awesome!! Thank you Dr Saks!

We have two kids at Saks Orthodontics and it has been a great experience so far. We have a relatively unique timeline for needing services and Dr. Saks is always willing to work with us. The Dippin Dots are genius for sore teeth and my kids look forward to their appointments!

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Saks and his team at Saks Orthodontics. They provided excellent orthodontic care for my son Trent. Throughout the treatment, they offered friendly, helpful service. Their interaction with my child was always engaging and positive.
