Housekeeping in this hotel is terrible. Floors not vacuumed in the hallway or rooms. I saw the same food on the hallway for a week. The room appalling. Zero housekeeping for the week. Microwave had something smeared on it, the fridge had dust, the cabinet doors also had food on them. The dished were dirty and greasy. Looked like a dirty glass had just been rinsed without being washed with lip marks on it still. tile floors were sticky. The shower had black mold and old soap film all over the doors and fixtures: clearly had not been cleaned. I would stay elsewhere if you have a choice. Told front desk and was told that they would let management know. Avoid.

I have stayed here twice, and both times, the service has been fine.
On my second stay, however, there were some issues that warrant a mention. The shower temperature couldn't be controlled because the shower faucet was so loose that you had to hold the shower faucet to keep the temperature of the water constant, which made taking a shower problematic. I did mention this to the front desk when I checked out, so perhaps this has been repaired.
The breakfast served was underwhelming and did not compare to another Marriott property in close proximity in terms of the quality and choice.
I also noticed in the laundry room that three of the machines were out of service, and I don't think that is excusable.
The pool was also out of service and have been apparently for some time. I don't typically use pools in a hotel so it made no difference to me but it's just another indication that things are allowed to slide or at least that is the perception.
So, while my stay was satisfactory, I would be inclined to stay by the SpringHill Suites by Marriott, which is literally right next door.

I stayed at Marriott TownePlace and was disappointed with my experience. The room service was subpar, and the breakfast options were lacking no waffle maker, which was a letdown. The man at the front desk was unhelpful and not very friendly. To top it off, the coffee was the worst I've ever tasted. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. I am not paying 90$ for this kind of service ( Room service didn't clean the room properly) the pool was closed for repairs all 12 days of my stay so the front disc pc and 3 out of the 5 washing machines was out of order ovar all 0/100

After being forced to stay at another hotel chain, we will leave nameless for now, this was a very nice handwritten welcome and a reminder of why I love the Marriott brand. They just do it better than everyone else.
