        They made my beautiful custom one of a kind pendant for my birthday present. My husband had an idea and Signature Jewelers made it a reality. They are one of the few places left that can make jewelry in house. THANK YOU

        I hate to say that I trusted this Jewelers for many years in Mooresville. Today I found out my business does not manner anymore to the owner. My concern with my earrings where questioned and my repair was not complete. When I showed them the mistake they were stated they were too busy to help me. I got everything taken care of in downtown Mooresville that afternoon by an amazing metal smith while I waited for the repair. Glad to know customer service means to take the time to see how to make a good experience in downtown Mooresville.

        Brandon helped check my prongs on my ring. He cleaned all three and put a guard on one. He was so helpful and did a great job. Were new to the area and he did the work at no charge just to welcome us. Thank you for a job well done.
