My husband and I both have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a company. We have finally got connected to the internet after our 4th attempt and numerous hours on the phone later. We called 1 month in advance to make sure we could get internet connection at our new home. Each time our cable had not been run to our house and the install needed to be completed at a later date (even after confirmation from the technicians and customer service). Each one of these phone calls consisted of hours on the phone with representative after representative. Each rep kept putting us on hold and transferring us to the next rep, as if nobody wanted to help us (and we were being very polite and respectful). Each time we would have to go through all of our account information and explain our issue from start to finish all over again. Additionally, we were given no credits! We had left work early 4 afternoons to get hooked up just to find out they did not run the wire to our house and we had no internet for two months, not to mention the endless hours on the phone. I highly do NOT suggest working with this company.
