The first thing I did after the accident was call "911". I wanted to report the accident to the police. The second thing I did was call my husband, I left a message that I had been in an accident, was not injured, and would call him back as soon as I could with more details. Next was insurance. I was not sure what would happen, because I have never had to call insurance for an accident claim. I was so pleasantly surprised! The first thing Nationwide asked was "Are you and the other driver okay?" Followed with "Do you or the other driver need medical attention, have police or EMT been contacted?" That right there made me feel more at ease with making my claim. Everyone I have spoken with (Andrew, Jay, Shannon, Kiara, and Michele) have been wonderful! I have felt like a person and not a number and that makes a huge difference in my attitude towards insurance. It (insurance) is there if ever you need it. And we all hope that we never have to "need" it. I have been contacted about getting my new car, "What kind of car did you get?", "How does it drive?", "Are you happy with the new car?" were asked all before the business end of tags, taxes and insurance on Nationwide were discussed. I can not say enough about the great customer service and the ease of help that have been offered in this process. Nationwide has made me feel more at ease with the "need" of insurance and made me very glad that I have Nationwide (on my side!)

Andrew is fantastic. This agency and Andrew are fast to respond, detail oriented and above all extremely friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend.
