They responded quickly, consistently showed up on time, & clearly explained the diagnostic results. Their rates are more than fair for the excellent products & service provided. Nick and Cesar are both extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nick was able to come out quickly to diagnose my HVAC problems and assisted with providing notes and speaking with my insurance. I received a fair quote for HVAC replacement. The HVAC replacement was scheduled quickly and went smoothly. They were cautious to not mess up walls or furniture. Highly recommend Advanced Air.

Their bill, totalling $334.00: "Found fully clogged air filter causing the condensing unit to blow the dual capacitor. $259.00 Dual value capacitor replacement Replaced 20x20 air filter In depth condenser coil cleaning System operation checkout Service fee $75.00" The service tech was here for a total of 15 minutes, spent a total of 3 minutes in the house. He is in the area via Oregon, via California. Was not the most pleasant man that I have ever encountered. I did engage in small talk with him. He said I was very nice for someone from the North (ok?). The "in depth condenser coil cleaning" consisted of 3-4 minutes of him using my water hose to spray off the outside of the unit. The unit had some dried grass around it. He proceeds to call my landlord the next day to tell him that my house was in "shambles." Yes, "shambles!" One, I'm not sure where this man comes off! Two, my house was not in "shambles." How unprofessional. I'm not disputing the bill. I mean "in depth" is pushing it but ok, that's how they make their money, I get it. Nick, the tech....how dare you! I did call the company. Their calls go through a call center and I had to leave a message. I have yet to receive a call back. I left zero details, stating that I just wanted to discuss my bill. Service: A/C system maintenance
