Joey was extremely professional and thorough in explaining the options and process. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. My husband and I are so pleased with the work and would highly recommend this Carolina Copper!

Joey at Carolina Copper was great. When my 23 year old unit died in the middle of summer, I struggled to find someone whos prices were not outrageous. Joey came out and was extremely transparent with me. He patched up my old unit while the new one came in. Once the new unit came, the install was very thorough and professional. Its a huge relief knowing that I can finally turn down the AC when it gets hot and I don't have to worry anymore. They also serviced my upstairs unit and instead of replacing parts and costing us a lot of money, he was able to carefully diagnose the problem and get the unit back up and running properly. Joey is highly recommend, would use him again without a doubt, and have recommended him to several other friends who are having issues with their units. Services: AC installation, HVAC maintenance
