I have been coming here since I got my first car and my family has been using this place for years. The work they do is good, albeit a bit on the pricer side. However after my a recent set of issues where I purchased tires out a tech recommendation, however I was never able to got them installed, tried to contact a couple of times thru various means and every single time either were not helpful, or were unwilling to listen to what I was saying. While they were never aggressive about or rude about it was evident they didnt care. While the work they do is fine, and they tend to get you in and out. With lack of customer service and care, makes it a hard sell to come back.
