        If no stars were available that is what I would choose. I walked in with our reservation for a truck and was yelled at that I need to contact Budget. I called Budget from my car and the person at this Shell Station would not even answer the call from Budget. Rude and completely unprofessional! I will update if my card gets charged.

        Atttempted numerous phone calls to alert after hour delivery due to tropical storm. Dropped or hang ups and several no answers. Had to drop truck without instructions for key or turn over details.

        -0 stars for this place. Reserved our truck A WEEK AHEAD! Came to pick it up to find out they simple dont have the truck. No phone call to tell us this NOTHING. The most UNPROFESSIONAL/DISRESPECTFUL rental place. *note for the owner* if you dont frikin know how to run a business then give it up or go thru training of how to simple give customer service. Because of your unprofessional behavior, I have no truck to move on the day that I requested off!
