    We have used Kevin for years at our home and business. He always does a great job, arrives on time and gets the job done. I always recommend Queen City Pest to people. The bug situation can easily get out of hand but Queen City makes sure we stay bug free. I would def call them.for any of your buggy needs.

    It is my opinion that the service provided was grossly ineffective, and that the handling of customer service complaints was horrendous. Following assessments of treatment effectiveness is consumer opinion based on peer comparisons of other service providers, operating within the same home site, before and after Queen City.Course of events:-Pre-paid for a year of service (4 quarterly treatments) for $400-Treatment 1 was determined to be ineffective.-Requested retreatment and retreatment was performed in reasonable timeframe-During re-treatment session technician remarked that if treatment was again not effective he would recommend a perimeter treatment (it is my opinion that this was an attempt to "upsell" service)-Retreatment was also ineffective-Canceled service after roughly 2 months-Queen City issued a partial refund in the amount of $200 citing that there were two treatments performedIt is my opinion that one should not be re-charged a second time for performance of a treatment in an attempt to remediate poor effectiveness of an initial treatment.Multiple attempts were made to reach Queen City for further discussion but Queen City has not been reachable. After multiple voice-mails I received one missed call (no message) to which I attempted to reply but was again unable to reach a representative.

    This company does what it wants to as far as pest control goes.  Then if the problem is not solved, they drop their service and your money is gone.  Beware, a word to the wise should be sufficient.
