Darold. Darold was having a conversation with a gentleman, I walked to one of the team members asking him if anyone was attending the Printing and Copy area, he said that someone would be there soon. I waited and finally Mr. Darold was done talking and walked to me and asked how could he help me, I told him what I needed and hand him a document to scan, he was very unprofessional and start reading the content of the document, instead of doing his job.
