AAA Stevens Septic Tank Service

The Josh team was fantastic. Considering the location of our tank, they did awesome and efficient work. They noticed a broken functionality within the unit and offered a simple and cost effective solution. Would highly recommend this company and use them again.

Never use this service, they have a slightly cheaper price, but in the end it will cost you more. 1. They do not clean the toilet every week as they promise. 2 Their toilet leaked and stank, I called them several times to get them changed, they only changed it after my fourth day with no apology. 3 The toilet is cleaned very poorly, after a couple of days it starts to stink, and you cant breathe when you pass 20 feet near toilet, my contactors were unhappy with this, and went to use the bathroom in my yard. 4 After a few of my complaints, they came unannounced and took the toilet away, leaving the workers without a toilet. VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE, I AM SURPRISED THAT OUSHA HAS YET TO REVOKE THEIR LICENSE.

Ive been working in the construction industry for 20+ years and this portable toilet company seems to be the nastiest. You cant breathe, if you do you can taste the sh!+, when they clean it they only empty the poo then fill it with water. The rest of the John is nasty still. Even during Covid crisis they didnt care.

Most disgusting Porta John's I've ever been in in my life. They literally just don't clean it for a month at a time and stink up the whole neighborhood.
