Great experience, all the way around! Patty listened to what was needed and was able to quickly get me set up with an appointment that worked for my short time frame. She set great expectations and was very easy to work with. Clay and Landon came out for the inspection and were fantastic. They called to confirm my information and let me know they were on the way. They arrived on time, were very professional, set proper expectations, were very willing to answer my questions. They did a great job of listening, asking questions and taking my upcoming project into consideration. I could not be more pleased with the experience and their overall professionalism. They were very thorough and I would highly recommend their services.

Clay came in behind another structural engineer (hired by others)who submitted a 5 page report tacked to foundation repair company estimate ( expensive bandaid) . I wanted an independent report and our daughter recommended how pleased she was with Clay from CDR&A. I received a 69 page report, that was comprehensive,thorough and answered a multitude of relevant questions to precisely plan the remodel without some expensive missteps! As a craftsman and contractor myself, the search for a structural engineering firm in the Greater Charlotte area is over. He exceeded my highest expectations. It’s a joy to still find professionals of this caliber. Thanks Clay Medlin and CDR&A Stuctural Engineers.
