        One of my friend works in the company. Has high acknowledgements of what my apartment needs and fixing that needs to be done; for that I gave him a 5/5. But sadly calling the office is like pulling out a teeth. Hard to get through and when you thought you got through; they hang up on you. First time, they said she was on break, so I called on a different day at a different time. Same thing,called once got hung up and called again never answered. Called about 3 times and gave up. Really ashamed; I heard so much good things about this company and it's such a hard task to pick up the phone and answer the call.
