I got hit and run. My car had scratches and dented a little bit. My insurance suggested this place to fix my 2020 Model 3. I left my car with them trusting that everything would be ok. Never got updates until I emailed first. Told me it’ll take only 33 days but ended up 3 months instead. Had white paint on my black car. Messed up my car more then it went in there for. They refused to fix the problems they made. I just had a horrible experience at this place. Probably because I am a woman they think I don’t know anything.
Long story short, I will never come back and never refer someone here. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

My Tesla Model Y was involved in a rear end collision. Caldwell Collision worked with me and my insurance company to get the car back to 100%. Total time at the shop was about a week. When the car was ready to be picked up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was fully charged & fully detailed. 10/10 would recommend!
