We have paid a decent amount at this store for two sets of bedroom furniture and a nice dining room table and chairs. On the first day of delivery, the delivery guys chipped our wall bringing in the furniture, got mud on the carpet going up the stairs that (thankfully) dried up enough so that we could just vacuum it up and then dugged a spot out of our floor scooting the dresser to go up the stairs. (All in our NEW house) Then, we had to exchange dressers for both bedrooms because of the damage not only once but THREE times! The third dresser that is for my daughter is still damaged. It's worst than the other two. The top is lifting off the top on one of the corners and the side is rough/bubbled up. The manager told us they unwrapped it to make sure it was ok but it clearly wasn't. The owner's son gave us two options, (his words, per manager) 10% discount on the dresser or WE could bring the whole set back in to the store for a full refund. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be shopping here again. Especially after spending A LOT of money on "NEW" furniture and a (now) NEW damaged house. What happened to making sure your customers are satisfied and doing the right thing? Poor ownership and management at this store.
