I proudly served our Nation in the U.S. Army for 22 years, and now look forward to serving YOU.  My time in the service taught me discipline and attention to detail, which are both required qualities in a home inspector.  I look forward to utilizing these traits as I inspect your  home, giving you confidence and peace of mind that I will inspect the property as though I am purchasing it for my own family.

I take pride in providing my clients the most thorough inspection possible.  I welcome you to join me at the inspection and I will take the necessary time needed to thoroughly assess the property and address any questions you may have at the end of the inspection.  After I complete the inspection, we will go over the information that will be provided in your report.  Next, I will create a comprehensive and confidential report, which will not be discussed with or provided to anyone without your authorization.  Your complete inspection and detailed report will be provided to you electronically within 72 hours and will include all attached structures and accessible systems and components:  from the roof to the basement or crawl space, and everything in between, which will include all electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, attached garage, the interior and exterior of the home.

We understand that questions may arise once the inspection is over, and you have settled in your new home.  We will continue to help answer your questions even after your purchase is complete.  Ask about our annual maintenance inspection for continued confidence in the health of your home.
