I arrived at the practice at 6:30 because I didn't feel well and wanted to take a covid test The young lady at the check in desk didn't acknowledge me until I tried to check myself in and asked me what she could help me with I mentioned to her that I wasn't feeling well and that I think that I may need to take a covid test covid test she responded with a terrible look of disgust on her face that she didn't know if they were still doing Covid testing (the close at 8)before I could even react or reply a physician walked by and she asked him if they were still accepting walk ins he responded to her without even it acknowledging me That they weren't doing anymore covid things until tomorrow SMH... terrible customer service

I tried to be seen here for an animal bite. Was told to just wait I'm my car indefinitely by the person at the reception desk. This person was not at all friendly or willing to be helpful. This person had a poor disposition. This person seemed to not like me for some reason. Yes I am being overly careful with my words. Read between those lines.
