What is wrong with this place? I read the reviews so instead of ordering online, I emailed. I received a reply that they would check stock and get back to me. Nothing ever came. Called the store and left a message. Nothing! Texted the number on the original email and Ryan said he'd get back to me before the end of the day. Against....NOTHING! How can you run a business this way? Terrible! Do not order or buy from this place.

Just received horrible customer service on the phone. Was asking about ordering on line. Associate was not helpful, when I asked her name she hung up on me! Do not give them your business!!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service!  attempted to call them half a dozen times over two days they never answered the phone. So I went to the store to ask about an exchange of a pair of Converse. The lady barely greeted me as I walked in and when I told her I wanted to do an exchange she said we can't do that because it's not a high volume Shoe. What? She had no good explanation and just said that's the manager's policy. I asked if they answer their phone as it would have saved me a trip down here. She said they get too many telemarketing calls and therefore don't answer their phone. Ridiculous! I will not shop here ever again and I have three girls who live in Converse shoes. won't get a dollar from me! Never had such horrible customer experience
