Ken Austin has a caring spirit, and I find that all of the advice over the many years that I have been a customer would be the advice that he would have offered to a family member. I initially had renter's insurance in 2001, the customer service that Ken and Jessica provided was superior to a young girl with a $10 a month policy, they treated me as if I were there biggest client. I moved to MD for 2 years and Ken would give me the best advice that he could, some he couldn't. It amazed me because he would return my phone call, and would not receive any benefit from that. When I moved back to Charlotte in 2004, there was no one else that I could call for my policy needs. Even though Jessica moved on, Lawana has been there, with the same positive attitude, emails me, reminds me of things that I may not be aware of, and overall this agency is the reason, I mean the sole reason that I am a nationwide customer.
