Dr. Chand was professional and kind. He quickly had a game plan and ordered tests on the spot. He also gave us clear instructions and advice. Reception was easy to deal with and offered appointment times that worked well for me.

Slow! Slow! Slow! Front desk person was NOT friendly at all! Appointment at 9:10am and Im still waiting 9:51am. Ridiculous! Dr just went in with another patient. No reason why Im here for almost an hour before Im even seen. No other doctors office that I visit has this issue. People are already nervous when seeing the doctor and now they have to wait in a room for an hour and stress out more. Unnecessary!!!!! Slow! Slow! Slow! Front desk person was NOT friendly at all! This is not a review of any doctor at CDHA, or the care they provide. This is solely for the experience provided by the office staff and nurses during a severe health crisis. Unbelievably poor communication from the parties involved. Trying to get help and information is like pulling teeth. I understand that medical offices are busy, but when your patients are in constant pain and waiting weeks for care, at least call to update them with the status of medications and treatment plans. Especially when you've assured them they'll have news by COB. I will offer that I have earned myself "undesirable status" here by calling and adamantly complaining to the staff that their communication and service is lacking. There were no swear words, no insults, and no raised voices used during any communication with anyone in the office. At worst, a clipped tone of a voice that expressed my dissatisfaction with our inability to get needs met. But, calling to lodge said complaint and making them aware that we've been waiting weeks for treatment and days for returned phone calls earned me a 3rd party admonishment. Not to me, because directness is apparently to be avoided at all costs, but through my still extremely sick (and frustrated) significant other, who had requested I call and speak on his behalf.
