Chicken Salad Chick

This has become one of my 'go to' places for a good meal, served quickly, and at a great price. It's cheaper and less greasy than fast food, and the staff are super nice.

Just drove in from Alexandria Va, looking for a quick bite, found this awesome little spot! Very nice, great chicken salad. Highly recommend.

This review is overdue. I used Uber Eats and ordered lunch from this location on Friday, 03-10-23, but it served as dinner too on a long day. I ordered The Chick, which was a scoop of Jalapeo Holly with a side of grape salad, a small Olivia's Old South, a chocolate marshmallow crispy bar, and a slice of key lime pie. Everything was good. I hadn't had the grape salad in years, & it was as great as I'd remembered. I was using a coupon with Uber Eats & I really got a good bang for my buck with this order. While unpictured, I've since entered the restaurant for a takeout order. The staff was pleasant. Even with a short wait, they checked in with me. Looking forward to returning.

4 stars because I love the food but we placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:43. We arrived at 1:40 and stood by the pickup sign. It was busy so I understand it not being ready by 1:43 but every single person that was in line ordering got their food before us. I finally got my order at 2:05 but that was after I had to ask about it. No one said anything to us from the time we walked in to the time we asked for an update. Typically when people have to wait somewhere people at least say sorry for the wait but all we got was a here ya go. I will be back because I love Chicken Salad Chick, but the customer service could definitely improve!
