I love it. I have gotten the best color and styling since I moved to Charlotte. I have tried many full price salons only to find the stylist are afraid to cut too much or color too deep. I have gone to Aveda where they only can work on naturally straight blonde hair or do blonde highlights and truly just can't get the right combination to give me the deep tonal reds I crave. At Empire I get the color I want and they can match photos or the newest color I see in a magazine. Oddly enough I was told about it by a Color Instructor at Aveda, that is where they were trained and educated. Just a great result, but remember it is a school you will wait, it is going to take double the time because someone is learning on you. Sometimes it may not be exactly what you like, get a grip it's only hair

Love this place. Always very busy. Down fall was told to make an appointment but still had to wait more than thirty minutes. I guess that beats waiting two hours.
