Towns at Audrey Park by Pulte Homes - Closed

As a current homeowner and resident of a townhome built by Pulte, I have quite a lot to say about the general negligence and care in this neighborhood.
Since I moved in at the beginning of the year, my family has had over four flat tires. Almost every other day, I will find nails all over the road,most of the time directly behind my drive way. There is large amounts of trash from the construction site that ends up all over my property and my neighbors and in the surrounding woods in the back. On top of this, the silt barriers are down allowing soil and gravel to get all over the road. It should not be my job to spend 20 minutes everyday clearing my driveway and property of nails and litter. Even found random sharp metal objects that are rusted, in my yard! Extremely disappointed by the lack of care by the homebuilders.
Future renters and homeowners beware, homebuilders are negligent in managing the property and construction sites. The generic responses by the homebuilders is not helpful in the slightest. The streets should be cleaned up every day. The only thing they said was they would make sure a street cleaner comes every friday, which is what has already been happening!
Other then all that, the town home itself is great.
