Hired Colton Case to cut several trees, top trees, clear a bank and haul the debrs away last summer. Because of the constant rain and the fact that their equipment was destroying my driveway and lawn, we agreed (gentleman's handshake) that the work would stop, and that he would come back before this spring to finish the job. I paid in full, $6.1K. At first he made wild promises that he did not keep (I'll be there by the end of the week; I'll be there Tuesday; I'll be there after I get this tree down). Now he doesn't answer his phone or return my messages asking that he call me back. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy. Services: Stump removal, Tree removal, Tree trimming and pruning

We have just had a terrible experience with this local contractor after answering a mail solicitation for staff of “experienced†experts. A two day job ended up lasting weeks and still unfinished, they abandoned the work yesterday. He called the Waynesville police to retrieve his equipment and they tell us that he can and at the same time create more damage while doing so. It just does not seem right. We are seniors on social security and now must incur expenses for the completion and restoration of what he has started and damaged. If nothing else, I would like to warn all to get complete details and timing of a job before entering any agreement…..our only recourse is civil suit that costs $’s too.
