I purchased a vehicle from them on December 26 great car just had problems with a leak and heat. I asked them questions concerning the water that was in the cup holder they stated they left the sunroof open. okay so that could happen then my husband tell the guy heat on passenger side blowing cold air okay called my mechanic gave me a price I gave him and it was deducted. Then I'm on my way home and I get pulled over for t tag being wrong date stated they were gone to send a new one next day delivery due to us being 1hour and 45 minutes away. Then I go to the car wash and it starts leaking on me. OMG this is ridiculous cause I already asked these questions. I'm truly not satisfied with there customer service I have been calling them and no one as returned my call yet this is ridiculous. So make sure if you get a vehicle from them you bring a mechanic. Cars are clean and look well maintained but boy did I get a surprise. I still love my SUV tho getting the heat fixed now.

Bought a car for my son in January. Had a small budget and was in a bit of hurry to purchase because he was leaving for school soon. Initially I had a very positive impression of the staff and the owner . Now it appears that he will say what you need to hear in order to make the sale. From the moment we walked on the lot we were promised that if we found any issues with the car during the presale inspection they would be corrected prior to sale. After the presale inspection, I presented their " mechanic" and office assistant with the issues my mechanic found on Tuesday prior to sale completion and was assured everything would be taken care of when we returned on Saturday to finalize. One of the things we were promised would be replaced was the battery. However, when we returned their " mechanic" states the battery was fine, it just needed to be fully charged. Against my better judgment and because my son was returning to school on Monday we took the car and i asked what kind of warranty I had with the battery. I was told that they would give me a week. If there were issues it would be taken care of. I called the following Monday after purchase because the car had been hesitating when starting all weekend so my son took the car to autozone who informed him that not only was the battery bad but it was also the wrong size for the car. We replaced the battery. I called the office I was told by the asst that she would speak with her boss and call me back the following day. I waited 2 days, called back, got no answer then sent an email. I received a call from the asst stating her boss said he would reimburse us for the battery when i came to pick up the tags... problem solved... so i thought. It's now been over a month since purchase, we still don't have tags or reimbursement for the battery. i called a few days before the temp tags expired to inquire about the tags, got no answer so i sent another email. Got a response from the owner stating i should have the tags by Thursday, they were in the process of moving, he apologized for the inconvenience. Great response right? Not exactly. Called his cell on Thursday, he now states the tags are being mailed to my house! So much for reimbursing me when i pick the tags up! I ask about reimbursement for the battery and the response is " call me tomorrow". Of course i haven't been able to reach him by phone or email since last Thursday, the temp tags have expired as of Tuesday . Fortunately the DMV have been helpful with the tag issue but it still doesn't change the fact that the owner has no issues lying before, during and after making a sale. In addition, there was an issue with the check engine light. My mechanic made them aware of the problem. The problem was "fixed" according to the owner... NOT! Just had to take it to our mechanic last weekend and were told their were clamps missing which were causing some type of vacuum leak. The clamps were replaced. However, it appears the leak may have been more extensive than what my mechanic initially thought bc the engine light is back on with the same error code as before, Just rec'd a call from my son saying the car wont start at all now so l.m having it towed back to my mechanic to pay for yet ANOTHER repair. While i don't take away blame from myself for taking a car that i knew had a bad battery it's a shame that the owner and his "mechanic" are so crooked. Buyer BEWARE when dealing with these two. The only nice thing i can say about this place is that the two ladies who helped with the paperwork were friendly and pleasant to work with. It's just a shame they work for such a dishonest boss and his crooked crony of a " mechanic". Additional note: Since my initial review. Car has been in the shop for the past week to repair the leak and whatever else is causing the check engine light to come on. Cant get any response from the owner, via, email, phone or text. Please , anyone reading this, avoid this dealership at all costs. Update: Filed a complaint to the AG office. The owner, Morkos Eskander responded he filed bankruptcy. Amazing!
