RHG @ the lake is full of considerate, attentive professionals. Darlene Kocich has been my primary care provider for 20+ years. She has helped me through several issues. She listened. She offered options and sensible alternatives. Sadly she is trimming back her hours and patient load. I am having to move to another provider, but chosen and endorsed by Darlene. I wholly endorse and recommend RHG at the lake to anyone wants attentive care and NOT hurry up, fast talking, deaf caregivers.

Don't go here!! Go to Rocky Mt or Nash where the doctors actually do their job. I made an appointment for a recurring problem which was diagnosed at this office, and which has flared up. I was told that I was never given the diagnosis and that I would need to go through an expensive battery of tests before they would offer me any treatment. They have a sliding scale, so I can only assume they make their money in kickbacks from referrals to specialists and testing centers. When I explained to them that I only wanted the same medication that cleared the flare last year, (an antibiotic) Dr. Carlotta Lindsay told me that I should go to the ER to get the scans (since I am in pain). I will never go to this establishment again. I wonder how many lives they have cost with the lack of empathy and organization.
