Red Wheel Florist

I normally don't take the time to review businesses but I was so appalled by this florist that I couldn't stay silent. I received flowers from Red Wheel Florist from an out of town relative who requested that I send him a picture of the arrangement. He was so disappointed by what I had received. The sparse, semi-wilted arrangement was NOTHING like what he had looked at online and was worth probably a fourth of the price that he had paid. Then today a woman showed up at my home, said that she had been informed that I was dissatisfied with my arrangement and asked if that was the case! (Seriously? Who actually dares to go to a person's home and demand that?) I told her that I had just had surgery and that the person who sent the flowers said it wasn't what he had ordered. She handed me another arrangement and said she needed to pick up the original. No apology. No sympathy. No explanation. Just a brusque, confrontational attitude. They scam people and then have the absolute gall to demand an explanation from me. I think not. Watch out for karma Red Wheel Florist - I hear she has a really good memory.
