Rutherford Electric Membership

I will generously give them 3* because to their credit the power does hardly ever go out. But they charge too much, and every time they come around to do maintenance the contractors that they work with have absolutely no regard for your property or the quality of their work. Luckily I finally am at a point where I will not have to worry about that any longer because everything is cut. However, they have come out about three times in 10 years and every time they have left they have left an enormous mess, and left the trees and shrubs looking horrible.

I have always paid my bill on or before my due date. Everyone that I ha e dealt with is super nice and helpful. I always get a receipt and if there are issues I would use them but I haven’t had any. I love Rutherford Electric !

This place is unbelievable. I've never dealt with a company that goes so far out of their way to actually you from BECOMING a customer. I've owned dozens of houses in multiple states and I've never seen anything like this. This isn't a pricing complaint or a fee complaint or anything of the sort. The people are very friendly. Their policies are absurd.
