Meeting Kimi and Michelle made my decision-making so easy and anxiety free! The 2 gentlemen (Jim & Randy) who did the installation was so friendly and professional. They was very respectful and responsive to any worries we had. They made the final process a breeze! Thank you Kimi, Michelle. Jim & Randy at Kimi's Flooring for making our decision and process a wonderful experience. Will definitely use them for any future flooring changes. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. AM
