        Called them about 11am on a Monday morning to request a winch for my friend's car stuck in mud in our yard. They quoted 2 hours wait time but somehow forgot about us until we called back after 5 hours. They certainly made up for their error, a truck arrived in less than 10 minutes and winched us out for no charge whatsoever. The driver commented to me that they were unusually slammed with tows that day and it was the least they could do to make it up to us for their error. Very impressed with their customer service, would recommend for sure. Thanks Clark's!
