Ordered 2 burgers to go via doordash. When I arrived I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes. No one that walked by asked if they could help me or if I was picking up anything. Finally someone showed up and asks if I had a mobile order. When I gave them my name they picked a bag up off the counter and handed to and said this it. When I got back to the hotel the salads were right but not very good. We ended up with 2 double stack burgers, not the double stack and bbq explosion burger. I paid more for my burger and got the completely wrong one. My wife's burger was supposed to have 2 sides of fries and she received the exact same little amount that I did. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this restaurant. Do not recommend.

Faith was our server. She was literally the worst. Along with the MANY other issues I had slow/no refills, didn’t have things we ordered, made things wrong, rude, etc. and *constant dirty looks* like what did I do? But anyway, she got the tip I feel she deserved because I work in the service industry and let me say that I don’t make money to be rude and awful and I wouldn’t expect a tip for things I didn’t deserve. But to put the icing on the cake she waited until I went outside, got two inches from my face and yelled at me wanting to know why she wasn’t tipped ( girl it’s your attitude). I turned my head and did not respond because I don’t want to stoop to her level as well as my safety is rather important to me. Will call someone about it tomorrow. Wish my friends would have gotten a video of this. You are literally the worst human I’ve physically met. Please don’t work somewhere with that attitude and expect me to pay you for the services you didn’t properly provide especially when I make my money the same way and really work hard for it.
