I went to the location in Lenoir today to get my car inspected. They charged me an extra $10 because the windows were tinted. My husband has been taking that car to get inspected since 2015 and has never been charged extra for that. Ever. Then they told me that my windshield wipers needed replaced in order to pass. I doubted that was true - The windshield wipers I had were sturdy, the expensive kind, but I paid anyway because I needed the car to pass to renew my registration. I got charged $61 for a routine inspection that should have cost around $30. I left feeling cheated, and I believe they took advantage of my ignorance of automechanics to charge me twice as much. I don’t recommend this location to anyone, and I will think twice before taking my car there again.

Showed up expecting the usual from this store, haven't been here since the change. Would have to say that I was impressed with the change. The individual i spoke with gave a detailed breakdown of the prices and types of oil and pricing. Well done Strickland Brothers keep on them to keep them great!

Only rating 3 stars instead of lower because maybe it's me and my expectations were too high? A quick oil change Camefor a fair price? 1.5 hrs later finished up paying only $50 more than expected. Apparently my 14 Altima requires fully synthetic for $50 more than the conventional oil change I have always gotten anywhere else.
