Robbins PLUS Urgent Care

I could not have had a better experience than at this urgent care - made my appointment on their website - checked in by Wendy (very courteous, friendly, and professional) at 11:30 am; within 10 minutes checked in with Lexi who took all of my vitals and intake information (very efficient, friendly, and professional); within 5 minutes Nurse Practitioner David Probst entered the exam room, actually listened to my story of why I was there, thoroughly examined and diagnosed me - lower lumbar back pain, received two shots from Lexi, first for pain and second for steroidal antibiotic, out the door to Walgreen's to pick ua a prescription for a muscle relaxant that they had called in for immediate pickup, it was ready and waiting for me - could not have asked for more - very knowledgeable, proficient, friendly, capable, etc. I could not have asked or expected more - I am grateful to all of them - If you ever have a need for urgent care, do not miss the opportunity to utilize the expertise of these folks - my life is now 100% better due to their efforts and expertise.

This was a great visit. I scheduled my appointment online, the nurse took me to x-ray before taking me into a room to see the doctor. The nurse was very considerate of my pain and made me as comfortable as she could for the x-rays. The doctor was in to see me quickly and disagreed with the radiologists report, had the radiologist to look over it again and found I did have a break. He was very helpful with getting me in to see the Orthopedic doctor quickly. Dr Propst explained everything and asked if I had questions. He was very nice, helpful, eased my mind, and actually listened to me and really seemed to care about my issues. I highly HIGHLY recommend Robbins PLUS Urgent Care. Thank all of the staff for making a bad experience, not so bad.

Took my son in for an allergic reaction and he was deemed not a priority, and had 3 adults seen before him. While his face was swollen twice normal size. There are on clock nurses or doctors just walking around. And front desk was very rude when I asked why my son wasnt getting seen. Wouldnt come here again if my life depended on it. A sorry excuse for a medical institution. It had 2.5 stars for a reason.

Went to urgent care got there at 6.30 they close at 7. They said if I didn't have appointment they couldn't see ,it's urgent care if you have to make an appointment it's a regular doctor's office
