Don't waste your time calling them. If she don't like how you sound after asking a lot of questions she will say she don't feel comfortable. Why did she ask alot of question then? I just we can judge people over the phone now? This is no way to do business. I havent changed tax places in 18 years til they went out of business , guess she don't want repeat customers. I try to stay with a local people and not a bigger company due to I'm a small business as well but guess they will get my money instead. But she was nice about it over phone.
