Fibrenew Asheville

Why do I give Asheville's Fibrenew a five star review? Because Google won't let me go any higher! Our StressLess sofa, recliner and ottomans bore evidence of their 15+ year age - evidence created not only by family and friends, but also by a half dozen dogs and cats that added their signatures over the years. These unsightly marks included a wealth of various stains, scratches and a small cut or two. Julie restored the look of these items completely. They now look as new as the day they were originally delivered! Bottom line, I can't say enough good things about the results she achieved, the service she provided or the attitude she displayed. I will use her company's service again whenever the need arises.

We use Julie to fix furniture issues at Ambiente Modern, and she is the best! We know she can make any new furniture piece that has been damaged during shipment look exactly like new again. She is always professional and on time. We highly recommend Julie and Fibrenew Asheville!

I typically dont write reviews but Julie absolutely deserves praise for restoring my Eames Lounge Chair and replacing the missing buttons on my sofa. Ive been living with an unsightly cut in the leather along with normal wear and tear that diminished the beauty of the piece. Julie came in, repaired the damage, cleaned the leather and restored the worn patches. It's like she waved her magic wand and the damage was erased. I honestly spent five minutes trying to find the cut, I couldnt. Her work is AMAZING!!! She was very personable and trustworthy. If you need any type of fabric or leather repair Julie is your girl. Thanks Julie :)

We bought a brand new couch that unfortunately our dog's flea and tick medicine (which we no longer use THAT brand) literally took the color off of the couch. We contacted Fibrenew and I sent Julie pictures. She knew what kind of leather it was and actually looked up the brand etc. She told me she couldn't make it perfect but that we would not notice it. I was okay with that...it was a taupe couch with white spots all over it....so anything would be better. However, Julie is brilliant and talented!!!! It IS perfect!!! I can't see or find where the spots were. She matched up the color/dye (not my area of expertise so not sure of the verbiage) up so perfectly that there is no way even I can see the spots and I know where they were!! Thank you Julie for your talent and for making my brand new couch, brand new again!!!!

Julie did a great job of renewing the leather on a 30 year-old sectional sofa! She really knows her stuff and informs you of all your options. She took an old, high quality sectional (almost) back to it's prime.
