Laura is wonderful. She is always thorough and takes time to do extra steps like bloodwork. Coming here is like seeing family. The receptionists are sweet and funny. My dad and grandmother also went here.

They don't use the correct CPT coding (which I will be contacting Vidant about), the front receptionist is unprofessional and they need to pay more attention to detail when it comes to peoples medical records and demographic information. Literally the only thing that kept me from leaving immediately was the Nurse Practitioner, the woman who handles the referrals and the lack of time I have to find somewhere else.
