        Small, clean auto parts store. I experienced what was later determined to be a transmission emergency while driving on the hwy. Before full mechanical diagnosis, the office and parts desk staff inspected my fluids and directed me to a nearby garage. I was so rattled and scared but their kind and calm approach was appreciated.
