Omg! Was told 6 to 8 weeks, 8 weeks came and was told in 2 weeks here we are at 2 weeks I text no answer. And have no company available after January!

Couldnt give a 0 stars wouldnt let it be posted. We are in the process of building a home. We called April 18th and we were told it would be a 10 week waiting list so we then were added to the list. 10 weeks went by we called to follow-up. We where then told it would be another 2 weeks this was the same response at the end of those 2 weeks and so on. This has went on for 24 weeks with no communication and the same excuse everytime we called. Thankfully when we were told the same excuse at 17 weeks we were able to get on another list and our well was complete a week ago. This is unacceptable. We understand times are busy but don't quote a time frame you can't meet. If your looking for 0 communication and to be lied to regarding a time frame give them a call. Hoping to prevent others from being put in the same situation.

I called them about something and the guy (older man) that answered the phone wasn't helpful at all. Was a smart aleck, smh.

Came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon when we did not have any water. Diagnosed problems quickly. Discovered ruptured pressure tank caused well pump to excessively cycle ultimately causing wires to break and damaged pump. Got new tank, new pump, torque arrestor and all new stainless steel fittings. Had me back up and running in a couple of hours. A bit pricy but thankful for having water again.
