Fantastic, fast, reasonable. They went way above and beyond. On a scale from 1-5, I gave them a solid 11 (I know that is over 5). The details are my teenage son burned out my Jeep’s clutch while borrowing it for vacation at the beaches on OBX. I’m in a bind because I need it fixed ASAP to avoid finding another way to get my kid home. I live 300 miles away and I’m not there at OBX. Despite it being super busy, they fit me in the same day the Jeep is towed to the shop. They diagnose the clutch problem and order the parts same day. They go they extra mile to source parts and a special tool needed to install the new clutch. They get it fixed 3 days before my kid had to leave. So not only am I saved a 300 mile trip to go retrieve my kid, he gets a few days of Jeep fun while in the OBX. And they were super nice too. We need more people in the world like those at Kitty Hawk Commercial Truck and Auto. Service: Transmission
