i placed a takeout order a little before they closed on sunday night. i ordered an osaka special and i spent about $25 for my plate , by the time i got home and began to eat my food i found a long brown straight hair in my dish as well as big raw onions. my hair is black and curly so i knew it was not mine. i tried to call back that same night but they were already closed so i called again on monday to complain not realizing they are closed on mondays as well . i called again tuesday and spoke to some lady that said i couldnt get a refund if i didnt bring the plate which wouldve been 3 DAY OLD and had already been tossed. she refused to remake the plate i spent 25$ on, give me a refund or even a partial refund. im highly disappointed with the customer service. theyre never really friendly but i always get my hibachi from here since its pretty affordable and ok tasting besides the big raw onions i get everytime. i was a loyal customer and always tipped but i will NOT spend my money here AGAIN or be back!!!
