I am wondering if anybody still actually works at Concord Claims Service. I have been trying to reach them and have left voicemails ate the phone number listed on Google. Their appraiser Bill Juliani, who is apparently employed by Concord Claims Service, irresponsibly and purposefully ignores vehicle manufacturers requirements and claims that his "experience" is more important than what vehicle manufacturers say. I have been trying to reach somebody with "authority" at Concord Claims Service but have had no such luck. My advice is if you're insurance company hires Concord Claims Service to handle your claim, demand that they send out a staff appraiser or use another independent appraisal service.
