Wet Seal

I felt cheated into a "fashion insider" card that showed up on my receipt for $20... Not too happy about that. I guess the 20% she gave me was supposed to make up for it. Sneaky!

This is defiantly my go-to store in the mall! They're reasonably priced and the appearance of the store is always nice! Almost every time I've been in here I've had excellent customer service. The employees working here greet the shoppers with a smile and ask if they need help! I love that!

I been shopping from wet seal for a long time now. I currently live in Havelock, which is 45 mins from the closes wet seal around. I'm from San Antonio, TX and I had never experienced the unsatisfactory customer service as here in Jacksonville. For the consumers out ready your receipts. Don't waste your time trying to take things back after 21 days because you won't even get a sorry for not being able to help.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service! I walked up to the register ready to check out and what looked like to be the manager and two employees where talking. After standing at the counter for a few seconds I asked which register was open to get their attention. The one girl, never even looked up at me, pointed at the register next to her. Another girl after a few seconds walked over without saying anything to me and rang up my item. She then proceeded to go back over to the group of girls and started talking again. Meanwhile my receipt had already printed and my item was still laying on the counter. What looked like a manager, saw me standing their and grabbed my receipt off the printer and handed it to me and her excuse was it had been a crazy morning. I then had to tell her to please give me a bag to put my shoes in. Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated and will not shop in that store again.
