I can't say enough about this amazing staff of professionals. From the doctors, who treat you like a person, explain in people language, The ladies thru out, are top notch professionals. And the ladies in the back, LOVE YALL. Sorry my veins caused so much extra work. Thank you is not enough.

This office is so difficult if you have sensory issues. Its not even the office personnel or medical team, its the patients and their caregivers. In the waiting room and during treatment, there is so much noise happening. From loud boisterous conversation to individual devises. Goodness my nerves are so fried, my experience here has been harder than the treatment

Reception/front office staff need some customer service training. Every time Ive visited, they seem to be too busy to acknowledge me. A quick smile or Ill be right with you works wonders instead of staring into your computer when I approach the window. Dr. J, however, is awesomecompassionate, great listener, and supportive! Nurses in infusion room are also great!

This place is great. Had my appointment and I cannot begin to say how thankful I was that everyone was so nice and the doctor that I seen was very nice to. She listened and took the time to sit next to me and explain things to me. I was nervous and scared and they all could tell but they made me feel very very comfortable so that made it alot better for me. Thank you for everything yall do.

I would give a Zero if possible. Went here initially for possible treatment. Dr. J. once finding out about diagnosis gave no reassuring empathy to my situation and gave nothing but a grim look at how long I "might" live. Asked for referral to UNC-CH, and after getting their assessment, which sounded like it came from a University handbook on how to talk to people, SMOC precedeed with an "we told so you so, and they agree with our treatment" view of things. Still apathetic to my concerns. Finally got to CarolinaEast, where they actually so concern for you. listen to your concerns and don't shoot down alternative treatments, or supplements. If you have the chance to go elsewhere, go. This place does not care. especially if you're stg 4. DO NOT RECOMMEND. And this comes from someone who has had cancer twice.
