It appeared that QTC was very thorough, scripted, professional, et cetera at the very beginning of getting to know them. They scheduled 4 appointments for me, this morning being the very first. This morning, 15 minutes prior to attending my first appointment, the sub-contractor (X-Ray Technician) who works for QTC told me that I could not attend my appointment, until another appointment had been completed....? He suggested that I "go to the QTC office across the street" to "get it all figured out," whenever QTC is the one who scheduled the appointment with this service provider.
Completely unprofessional, disorganized, mismanaged, and I seriously hope future dealings with QTC are not this painful. Unfortunately, you cannot hold companies liable for mismanagement!
