Unresponsive and not completing the work order. We bought a house and the closing deal had a check for multiple repairs that needed to be done. It took us a good few months the have the contractor come out to the property, he just didn’t have any concern about the job. The realtor gave him a check for the house and he just forgot about us. (But cashed the check) Eventually we got him to the property. But not all the work was done. •Kitchen window didn’t get a latch •Bathroom facet didn’t get fixed •Cable and landline boxes on the siding that was replaced are both now just left dangling from their wires. It was not a huge job but still, you accepted the check in full, didn’t complete the work order and are not responding to us to finish the job. We’re being ignored trying to get licensing information. Services: Exterior decorating, Water fixture repair

I've worked side by side with Dan on multiple occasions (different type of company) and saw how fantastic his work was. Fast forward a few months and my husband breaks something in our house. I frantically call Dan because there was water everywhere! He dropped everything and came to the rescue. Prices are extremely reasonable. He does book up quickly so appointments may be kind of far out but that just shows quality of work! I highly recommend and will always call him when we need some sort of repair!
